Company Policies
Cancellations and No call No shows
24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY- If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled session time or does not show up. Client will still be charged in full for their appointment.
In addition if a client is a no call no show they will not be allowed to schedule any future appointments until the balance on their account is paid in full.
Out of respect for our therapists time and yours be sure to give us a call if plans change. Thank you!
Sessions
Our session time starts and ends on the time the booking is for.
We reserve the right to end a session at any given time due to misconduct of a client and will charge client in full for their session.
Holiday Hours
We are CLOSED on all federally recognized Holidays.
